Our factory covers an area of 10,000 sqm, with raw material area, workshop, welding and assembling areas, component and product warehouses. Each section was well organized to clear route for production from raw material to finished goods.
Professional marketing, design and purchasing departments, providing full service from the beginning of the project, any special treatment or rare materials can be achieved by our supply chain. For each case, we always communicate with customer in the early stage to evaluate customer’s products, materials and even production site before our formal proposal with all specifications being submitted to our customers. Our engineers are familiar with professional software such as Solidworks and AutoCAD, each our 3D model must pass dynamic simulation test before finalizing the design.
Well-equipped workshop including crane, gantry milling, laser cutting, CNC and CNC lathes, our manufacturing ability covers from small NC servo feeder to three-in-one feeder which can up to 20 tons, 90% of the manufacturing processes are completed within our factory, aim to monitor the quality throughout the production while minimizing the total cost and lead-time.
About 1,000sqm assembling site, able to handle several projects simultaneously. Our team members own more than 10 years of experience in this field, familiar with all kinds of stamping feeders. Each machine will pass strict inspection before delivery, from the pretest of customer’s material to up to 48 hours of onsite running, to ensure our machines can be placed into production immediately and smoothly.
