Description
Features
- Combined uncoiler, straightener and feeder with ergonomic design, providing easier operation and better stability. Space saved with enhanced operation safety.
- Able to straighten types of material including hot rolled plate, cold rolled plate, pickled plate and stainless steel plate, specially for metal with higher strength of yield strength ≤780 N/mm².
- 9 straightening rollers made of GCr15 with thermal treatment reaching hardness of HRC 56, also equipped with high standard grinding gears.
- Well-known brand servo system and other electrical devices to better ensure the stability and lifespan of the machine to lower the need of after-sales service.
- All standard models are able to fit all kinds of press, and customization is also available, currently thickest model can handle steel plate with thickness of 12mm,
