Features
- Material uncoiler plays an important role in stamping lines, the uncoiler not just holds the strip but also safely and automatically unrolls it heading to leveler by rotating.
- It can either be located at the beginning of a process line for material feeding or at the end of the line collecting waste material.
- Uncoiler is an essential part in every roll forming production line with its characteristics of easier operation and low maintenance needed with such tight structure.
- The loading capability of our material uncoilers are from 3tons to 10tons.
- Customization is also available, including coil car, press arm, hydraulic distension and frequency inverter.
