4-Series 3-In-1 Feeder with 800 Tons Press Installation

One of the majorities who is needing 3-in-1 straightener feeder is stamping die manufacturer, especially those who are specialized in making stamping tooling for automobile. Generally, in order to test the stamping molds, these factories need to equip various tons of presses, and some of these high tons press will need 3-in-1 straightener feeder to handle the coil.

By using the three-in-one decoiler straightener feeder with the press, it is possible to simulate the actual production conditions of the molds, including precision and smoothness. These factors cannot be observed statically and only can be ensured through actual production.

It is risky for a set of molds to be delivered to the customer's workshop directly without undergoing trial production beforehand. Therefore, molds usually require trial production before leaving the factory in order to resolve any issues before shipment.

For this customer in above picture, the 3-in-1 decoiler straightener feeder was used to handle the coil for mold testing. The customer's foreign client requested a 800-ton press for mold testing in order to have further cooperation. Therefore, we have designed and manufactured a custom-made four-series 1300mm thick 3-in-1 decoiler straightener feeder specifically, paired with a cutter for tail material cutting.

We first sent our personnel to measure the area on site and discuss with our customer of their need, then we began arranging the design and production. After finishing, we also provided on-site installation and regular debugging. We also sent our team to assist with the trial production. In the end, the customer's molds were successfully delivered to their foreign client.
