Just right after Chinese New Year, there are few customized machines are ready to deliver to our customer’s site, heavy duty production line and material decoiler.

Customized heavy duty Two-In-One

This is a non-standard two-in-one for narrow and thick materials, generally used for material below 6.0mm thickness, width less than 300mm, for this kind of thick material, double press arms for stabilize the coil from loosening, we also use disc brake and frequency inverter on the decoiler to handle heavy coil, to ensure the uncoiling is smooth and safe.

For the leveling part, we use up 4 down 5 design, total of 9 strengthened leveling rollers with worm gear adjustment. All rollers in both inlet and outlet parts are strengthened and electroplated and. Beside the rack and leveler, there is a 6.0mm thick NC servo feeder go with this two-in-one, to feed the flat material into the stamping machine to complete this production line.

Heavy-duty decoiler

This is heavy duty model of material rack designed for decoiling of heavier coil, maximum weight of metal coil can up to 5 tons. After lifting the coil on the coil car, all movements can be done by remote control or buttons on the control box. To expand the rack in order to tighten the coil, and then turn forward or backward to decoil or coil the metal plate, all driven by hydraulic system, so don’t worry about the power. The customer can also choose to add press arm or support arm to prevent the coil from loosening.
