1800mm Width Material Decoiler

Decoiler is a very important equipment in metal coil stamping production, large metal coil is often up to five tons, ten tons or even heavier. For such a heavy steel coil, feeding, decoiling is a headache for the operator, but not anymore with the decoiler on site, decoiler can achieve semi-automatic coil uncoiling to prevent any accidental injury happened to the operator or damage to the steel sheet in the process of uncoiling.

First of all, the coil can be held up by the coil car, the surface of the coil car is equipped with anti-scratch Teflon plate, the it can be lifted up by the oil cylinder to load the coil into the main shaft of the material rack. There is always equipped with a press arm to stable the coil from loosening for such heavy coil, and as well as support arm. For coil weight exceeds 10 tons we would recommend to add an auxiliary support to share the weight of the coil. Before decoiling, the main spindle expanded to tightening the material, then it can finally start to feed the material along the supporting arm into the feeder automatically by photoelectric induction.

The whole process can be handled by one operator remotely, without human intervention, it greatly reduces the time cost for preparation and also ensuring the safety of the field production.

We are professional in producing large material decoiler, the coil width can reach to 1800mm, and the weight can up to 15 tons, to handle such heavy weight, the spacing device, the press arm and the support arm are all strengthened compare to normal decoiler. We can also offer options for the type of auxiliary support, either gantry support or hydraulic support, and the expansion can also choose either the traditional bar expansion or sliding block expansion which is more solid, recommended for heavier material coil.

The decoiler frame body is welded with integral steel plate, and polished and painted after natural process of stress relief. The electrical and pneumatic components are also well-known brands to ensure the product stability and performance.
