Two-in-one levelling machine is a kind of decoiler and leveler, generally used for the front end of the stamping line, safe and orderly to hold the coil on the shelf, unwinding and leveling before feeding into the feeding machine, which normally will be a NC servo feeder depends on the stamping speed and thickness of material.

Below photo is a GLF-300 model which can hold coil weight up to 2 tons and it is able to flatten materials with a width below 300mm and a thickness range of 0.4-3.2mm. The straightening roller is hardened by heat treatment and then chrome plated to ensure surface hardness and lifespan. In addition, the customer requested a pressing arm to ensure that the metal coil does not loose, there are also other options like hydraulic expansion, which can directly and easily operate the rack expansion function without any manpower involved, also frequency conversion electric box which ensure the speed of unwinding preventing start or stop in a sudden, to improve life cycle of motors.

From the video below, the stamping press line is equipped with a 3.5 type NC feeder to produce hardware on site. There is also an induction bracket in between the two-in-one leveler and feeder ensuring there is sufficient length of materials in the transition area. This NC feeder is also equipped with an elevated frame, which is adjustable to match the height of different stamping tooling. The electric box of the NC feeder is also designed and produced by our own, which can meet various production requirements from the customers.
