Three-in-one Feeder Introduction

Three in one feeder, also known as three in one leveling machine, is the most ideal automatic model for the production of medium and thick plate material. It takes smaller space but combines uncoiling, leveling, and feeding functions. When customers actually use and maintain the three-in-one feeder, they need to have a certain understanding and cognition of its structure and function. The three-in-one feeding machine is composed of three functional components: material frame, leveling feeding and electrical control.

Material frame includes rack for metal coil, it’s rotational and can be enlarged or shrunk to tighten the metal coil by manual controlling, it also includes supporting device, pressing and stopping device to locate the coil from bulking, the supporting device located in the lower left corner of the rack, pressing units are located in the upper left and the feeding trolley is located right below the coil rack of the material decoiler.

Our three-in-one feeder adopts special leveling roller, which can effectively subdue high rigid plates and improve the leveling accuracy of materials. Electric adjustment instead of manual adjustment of turbine correction quantity, making the operation easier.
