NCF servo roller feeder characteristics

Nowadays, the most common type of automatic feeding for stamping is NC servo roller feeder, which has high feeding precision, controlled by computer closed-circuit feedback system, feeding accuracy can be ensured within ±0.03mm. Stage feeding can also be set by operator, up to 20 groups of different feeding lengths can be input, each group provides 999 stamping times in order to meet the processing and production of special products.

The operation interface can be manually and automatically switched, and 3 sections of manual speed can be input, so it’s easier for user to operate and accurately feed the material into the mold for stamping, the relaxation angle can be set quickly by matching the material thickness with the cam mark of the presser. The roller of our feeding machine is hollow type, light weight, small inertia of rotation, HRC60℃ surface hardness achieved with hard chrome plated, wear resistance and long service life.
