Flip-Top 3 In 1 Feeder for Aluminum Coil

Three-in-one feeder in aluminium coil stamping is popular because it provides an efficient and accurate way to handle the material. Not only helps to reduce scrap and waste due to handling the coil, but also ensures that the stability of finished products meet the quality standards. The three-in-one feeder can adjust its speed as needed, which allows for precise control over how long material is fed into the press at any given time. Furthermore, it has built-in safety features such as emergency stop buttons and sensors that detect potential problems before they become serious issues.

The customer produces aluminium battery cases and has been troubled by aluminium dust. So, we have recommended the 2-series, liftable three-in-one, designed for sheet thickness between 0.3 - 3.2mm, considering that generally the thickness for aluminium coil won’t be too thick. We also changed the standard three-in-one levelling head to a flip-top structure, making it easier for customers to clean the rollers surface regularly.

The flip-top function is supported by two hydraulic cylinders to lift the upper levelling part, which can be lifted about 25 degrees, exposing the upper and lower levelling rollers completely. Any foreign objects in the leveller, dirt or aluminium powder on the surface can be found and cleaned immediately. Compared with the general three-in-one, it is more convenience for daily maintenance. In addition, when the upper levelling part is closed, both sides are fixed with special buckle and M16 screws fastener to ensure the overall leveller stability during straightening.
